Hua Hong Group

Hua Hong Group started the piling works for the first phase of its Hua Hong Semiconductor (Wuxi) integrated circuit R&D and manufacturing base. The total investment is $10 billion, with Phase 1 costing about $2.5 billion to build a 12-inch wafer line with 90-65nm process technology and 40,000 wafers per month capacity.

Huali Microelectronics started construction of a 38.7 billion yuan ($387M) 12-inch advanced process IC production line in Pudong, Shanghai. The line will produce 28nm and below chips.

Huali Microelectronics (Hua Hong Group) launched the second phase 12-inch integrated circuit production line in Zhangjiang, Shanghai. The project involves a total investment of 38.7 billion yuan and will have a monthly capacity of 40,000 wafers.
