Sabena Technics

Sabena Technics has acquired Aerotech Pro and Aeromecanic, two French companies specializing in military aircraft and helicopter maintenance services, to strengthen its position in the military MRO market.

Hutchinson has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Singapore Component Solutions, a joint venture between Sabena technics and Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance, to jointly develop their component repair offering.

Honeywell has appointed Sabena technics and Singapore Component Solutions as Global Channel Partners to repair and upgrade Honeywell's Air Cycle Machine on ATR 42 and 72 aircraft. This expands an existing partnership.

Sabena technics extended its existing contract with Cebu Pacific for an additional five years for comprehensive component support of its ATR aircraft fleet.

TAT Group entered exclusive negotiations to sell a large majority of Sabena Technics, a European aerospace MRO provider, to a consortium led by Sagard, BPI and TowerBrook. TAT will retain a minority stake. The deal values Sabena Technics at around €450 million turnover.

A consortium comprising Bpifrance, Sagard, and TowerBrook will acquire French maintenance specialist Sabena Technics.
