Sagard has entered exclusive negotiations with Capza to acquire EOS Corrugated, a global supplier of cutting counterparts and corrugator belts for corrugated cardboard production lines. The deal was announced on November 30, 2021.

Sagard-backed Sterimed has entered exclusive talks to acquire Amcor's European hospital packaging business. No deal value was given and the deal is not yet signed.
