United Wagon Company will deliver 100 new generation tank cars to Metafrax, a Russian methanol producer, for enhanced methanol transport efficiency.

United Wagon Company signed a contract with Kastamonu to supply 75 high-capacity flat cars for timber transport. The first batch of 30 cars has been shipped, and the remaining 45 will be delivered over the next year.

United Wagon Company won a tender to supply Deutsche Bahn with 130 Sggrs80 articulated container flat cars by 2020, with an option for additional cars.

United Wagon Company (UWC) and Volga Paper Company signed an agreement for the supply of 98 increased payload capacity cars, including 80 platforms for timber transport and 18 gondola cars for woodchips. The rolling stock will be built at the TikhvinSpetsMash plant and delivered in the first half of 2019.

United Wagon Company delivered 20 tank cars for formalin to Metafrax, the largest Russian chemical producer and exporter. A servicing center was also opened at Metafrax's site.
