CTP wins order for SCR systems at Opterra's Karsdorf plant
CTP Chemisch Thermische Prozesstechnik GmbH has signed a contract with Opterra, a CRH company, to supply two LD-SCR systems at the Karsdorf plant in Germany. Commissioning is scheduled for early 2019.

Schwenk abandons acquisition of Opterra's Karsdorf cement plant
Schwenk KG has abandoned its plans to acquire a cement plant in Karsdorf, Saxony-Anhalt from Opterra GmbH (a subsidiary of CRH), after the Bundeskartellamt raised competition concerns. The withdrawal also includes the acquisition of a plant in Sötenich.
