Universal Robots

Universal Robots presented a Golden Edition Cobot to Kay Manufacturing at IMTS 2018, celebrating the 25,000th unit sold, for use in end-of-line tasks, packaging, and palletizing.

Teradyne announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Universal Robots, a Danish collaborative robot manufacturer, for $285 million net of cash acquired, plus up to $65 million in earn-outs. The acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of 2015.
