Ranpak expanded its partnership with Medline Industries, with Medline deploying Ranpak's Cut'it EVO right-sizing machine and Form'it case erector in its high-volume outbound operations.

Ranpak agreed a multi-year enterprise sales agreement with medical supply company Medline to provide rightsizing solutions and technology for as many as 14 distribution centers.

Ranpak will install numerous AutoFill void-fill systems across Walmart's five Next Generation Fulfillment Centers under a multi-year agreement announced August 26, 2025. The upcoming deployment includes sites in Greencastle PA, Joliet IL, Lancaster TX and Stockton CA.

Book retailer Thalia selected Ranpak to install 12 automated packaging systems at its fulfilment and production centre, scheduled to open in 2026, with Element Logic managing deployment.

Ranpak Holdings announced the acquisition of Recycold Cool Solutions BV, a Dutch manufacturer of sustainable cool packs, to expand its cold chain packaging. Recycold products are sold in 14 European countries, and its manufacturing will move into a new Ranpak Netherlands facility expected to open by end of 2022. The announcement is dated December 8, 2021.

Special purpose acquisition company One Madison Corporation signed a definitive agreement with Rhone Capital affiliates to combine with Ranpak, a fiber-based protective packaging maker, at an anticipated enterprise value of about $1,089 million. The announcement was dated 2018-12-13.
