Hotpack

UAE packaging group Hotpack and Malaysian manufacturer HZ Corporation have formed a joint venture, HZP Eco Packaging, to make and sell paper-based foodservice packaging across global markets. No deal value or plant location was given; the announcement is dated 19 June 2026.

UAE-based Hotpack announced a $100 million manufacturing and distribution facility in Edison, New Jersey, its first North American production base. The 70,000 sq ft plant is planned to create up to 200 jobs and begin operations in June 2025.

UAE-based packaging maker Hotpack has signed an agreement with Maxbyte to digitise its 15 factories in the UAE and other countries. The first wave will cover three plants, with the full transformation planned over three to five years.
