Fassi

Italian crane manufacturer Fassi acquired 100% ownership of Cranab Group, which includes Cranab, Vimek, and Bracke Forest, by purchasing Hans Eliasson's shares. Fassi had held part-ownership since 2013 and now aims to develop Cranab's product range with truck-mounted timber and recycling cranes.

Italian crane maker Fassi Group signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in CTELM, the Paris-based holding company that owns French brands Fassi France, Miltra and Marrel. The agreement was signed in late January 2017.
