Piovan completes acquisition of IPEG, Inc.
Piovan S.p.A. completed its acquisition of IPEG, Inc. through a merger of Sewickley Capital, the owner of IPEG, into a Delaware subsidiary of Piovan. The deal was executed on the terms first announced on December 13, 2021.

PiovanGroup has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of Doteco SpA, a Modena-based maker of dosing technologies for plastic films. Doteco reported 2019 consolidated turnover of EUR 19.7 million.
