Imperial Systems Inc has acquired a former Reznor heating and cooling equipment factory in Mercer County, Pennsylvania, to be renovated for its Imperial Filtration division. The 90,000 sq ft facility will manufacture cartridge filters for industrial dust collection equipment and is expected to bring 50 new jobs in 2022.

PTG Holroyd was commissioned to build a TG350E rotor grinding machine valued at over £1.4 million for a leading Chinese manufacturer of industrial refrigeration compressors, to be built at its Rochdale facility and commissioned in Summer 2022.

Adventech announced a multi-million-dollar investment to expand and scale its Florence, Alabama facility due to increasing demand for its MaxEff motor, Adventview remote monitoring system, and MaxDrive variable frequency drive systems.

Outokummun Metalli, a harvester head and grapple manufacturer, launched a EUR 3.3 million investment program at its Outokumpu, Finland plant. Duplomatic Oleodinamica, controlled by AXA Private Equity, acquired the hydraulic components division of Continental Machines Inc. through its US subsidiary Continental Hydraulics. The division had a reported 2010 turnover of USD 18.4 million. The deal value was not disclosed.

Hydro will build a photovoltaic solar park at its aluminium extrusion plant in Trzcianka, Poland, to power a new 8-inch extrusion press under construction. The solar park is expected to be operational in Q3 2022, with an investment of EUR 5 million.

Cumberland Additive Inc. is relocating its corporate headquarters and expanding operations into a 36,000-square-foot facility in Pflugerville, Texas, with a $9.6 million investment. The project will add 27 new full-time jobs, bringing total employment to 46.

WEG has started construction of a new low-voltage electric motor factory in Kocaeli, Turkey, with 7,000 square meters of facilities. The plant is expected to begin operations in the first half of 2022 and will serve Eastern Europe and Turkey.

NDC held a groundbreaking ceremony on January 12, 2022, for a new hot melt adhesive coating plant in Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone. The total investment is nearly 230 million yuan, with an annual capacity of over 2,000 hot melt adhesive machines and 100 coating machines.

ARMOR-IIMAK and private equity firm Astorg signed an exclusive negotiation agreement for Astorg to acquire approximately 40% of ARMOR-IIMAK's capital. The partnership includes a €150 million four-year investment plan (2022-2026).
