Rosenboom Machine & Tool plans to acquire and build out a new facility in Milford, Iowa, for $19.07 million, including relocated and new machining equipment. The company expects to create 78 jobs.
Hydraulic cylinder maker Rosenboom Machine and Tool will invest $4 million over 36 months in new manufacturing capabilities at its Bowling Green, Ohio facility, adding a production line and about 70 jobs. The expansion aims to serve customers in the Eastern United States.
