MULTIVAC Sepp Haggenmüller SE & Co. KG

Multivac Sepp Haggenmüller SE & Co. KG announced on December 1, 2017, that it will take over the slicing activities of VC999. The acquisition includes the VC999 slicer production site in Buchenau, Germany, which will become a development center, while mass production will move to Multivac's headquarters in Wolfertschwenden, Germany.

Meyn Food Processing Technology, Cabinplant, and MULTIVAC have formed a strategic alliance to offer joint solutions for food producers, covering processing, filling, weighing, and packaging equipment. The cooperation includes two agreements focusing on poultry processing and ready meals, fish, and meat.
