Ingersoll Rand agreed to acquire ILC Dover from New Mountain Capital for an upfront cash price of about $2.325 billion plus an earnout. ILC makes single-use solutions and components for biopharma and medical devices.

Sharps Technology signed an asset purchase agreement to acquire Nephron Pharmaceuticals' InjectEZ specialty syringe manufacturing facility for $50 million, backed by a term sheet for up to $75 million in debt financing.
