NEXGEL acquires 50% of joint venture with C.G. Laboratories for converting and packaging
NEXGEL acquired a 50% interest in CG Converting and Packaging, LLC, a newly formed joint venture with C.G. Laboratories that takes over CG Labs' converting and packaging division. The agreement is effective March 1, 2023.
