Technical Precision Plastics has merged its operations with IntraPac International, a specialty packaging company owned by Oncap. TPP has facilities in Mebane, North Carolina and Haina, Dominican Republic.
IntraPac International, a North Carolina rigid packaging manufacturer, acquired Quality Plastics, an Arizona-based maker of extrusion blow molded plastic containers. The deal was announced on September 24, 2018.
ONCAP, the mid-market private equity platform of Onex, acquired IntraPac International, a specialty rigid packaging maker, from funds managed by CI Capital Partners on December 4, 2017. Terms were not disclosed.
