Topsoe signed a contract with Uniper to deliver front-end engineering design (FEED) for the NorthStarH2 e-methanol facility in Östersund, Northern Sweden, based on its ModuLite technology. The plant is expected to produce around 115,000 tons of e-methanol annually, with FID expected in 2028.

T3 is building a laminating factory for Tetra Pak in Sunne, Värmland, under a general contractor order worth SEK 225 million, with completion planned for Q4 2027 and about 40 jobs moving from Skoghall.

NCC has won a construction contract from Sydvatten to build a fully equipped pumping station with backup power plant at Stehag, Ringsjöverket waterworks, Skåne. The order value is about SEK 170 million, with completion scheduled by end of 2028.

GF's Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions division will deliver a turnkey marine intake and onshore pipeline system using its Weholite solution for SSAB's new electrified steel mill in Luleå, Sweden. The order, awarded by contractor NYAB, runs from Q2 2026 to Q4 2027.

Falu Energi & Vatten awarded a contract for a 2.4-2.6 MW liquid-cooled compressor chiller for district cooling production in Falun, Sweden, to five winners including Carrier and Johnson Controls. The total awarded value is 27,477,904 SEK, about 2.5 million EUR.

Actemium won the contract to deliver electrical and control systems, including DCS and safety systems, for a new high-efficiency heat pump of about 50 MW at Göteborg Energi's Rya VP plant in Gothenburg. Strabag GmbH is the main contractor, working with Atlas Copco.

Swedegas AB awarded a contract for a turnkey liquefaction plant at Skarvikshamnen, Gothenburg, to a consortium of SIAD Macchine Impianti, Air Liquide Advanced Technologies and Wärtsilä Sweden. The total awarded value is SEK 600 million, with planned output of 50 tons of LBG per day.

Uddevalla Kraft AB awarded a valve purchase and service framework contract worth 45,000,000 SEK to Askalon AB, Ventilteknik i Motala, Bilfinger Engineering & Maintenance Nordics, BVT Sweden and Industor. The first phase covers valve purchase, replacement, planned and emergency service, and inspection.

Halmstads Energi och Miljö AB awarded a contract to Kaeser Kompressorer AB and Mekano AB for a new compressor station in Halmstad, Sweden, to supply compressed air to plants P1 and P2 including flue gas treatment. The award totals SEK 15,531,457 (about EUR 1.39 million).

Region Örebro Län awarded Atlas Copco Compressor Aktiebolag a SEK 5,200,000 contract for repair and maintenance services for compressors, air filters and dryers. The award decision was made on March 21, 2025 and published on TED on July 10, 2026.

Burckhardt Compression was selected by Preem as compressor supplier for its Lysekil refinery in Sweden, supplying two API 618 process gas compressors for the Synsat and ICR renewable diesel unit. The revamp, with Topsoe as process licensor, is scheduled to be fully rebuilt by 2024 and supports up to 1,000,000 standard cubic meters per year of renewable diesel.

Gryaab AB awarded a framework agreement for pumps and related products and services to nine suppliers on 11 October 2024, with a total value of SEK 7,000,000 and a term to 31 October 2028. Xylem Water Solutions Sweden is listed first among the winners.

Höörs kommun awarded VA Gruppen Entreprenad AB a contract for service and repair of LPS pumps on 23 September 2024, valued at 2,500,000 SEK, running until 31 October 2027.

ORAB Entreprenad won a contract to deliver pipe installations for BillerudKorsnas' Gruvon mill expansion in Grums, with an order value of about 40 million, starting January 2018.

Mondi partnered with Scan Sverige to supply its recyclable polypropylene mono-material WalletPack for the Pärsons brand's sliced ham, salami and plant-based products, in use since March 2024. The development was reported on 17 May 2024.

Topsoe signed a licensing and engineering agreement with Preem to supply its HydroFlex technology for producing sustainable aviation fuel and renewable diesel at Preem's Lysekil refinery in Sweden. The revamped refinery is expected to start operating in 2027.

Göteborg Energi awarded Xylem Water Solutions Sweden the contract for Utbyte AS 1 pumps and accessory equipment, valued at 40,000,000 SEK, with the agreement running from November 2024 to September 2027.

Mölndal Energi Aktiebolag awarded Armatec AB a contract to supply about 413 hand and control valves, including valve actuators, for a new district cooling plant in Mölndal, Sweden. The awarded value was EUR 306,247.

Pac-Production Sweden Aktiebolag was named winner of the Region Värmland tender for take-away packaging materials, with a contracted value of 4,350,000 SEK over a 2+1+1 year term. The notice was published on March 29, 2023.

Vow ASA subsidiary C.H. Evensen was awarded a contract by Swedish steelmaker Uddeholm to convert four heat treatment furnaces from fossil gas to electric operation. The order is worth about NOK 24 million and lifts C.H. Evensen's backlog to NOK 155 million.

Maximator Hydrogen was contracted by Swedish firm REH2 to supply 24 hydrogen filling stations for heavy trucks in Sweden. The first station is due in autumn 2023 with the rest following monthly from 2024.

AR Packaging Halmstad purchased a Comexi S1 DS slitter-rewinder for its flexible packaging plant in Halmstad, Sweden, to increase productivity. The deal extends a relationship of about 30 years between the two companies.

Varuförsörjningen awarded a 16 million SEK transport and waste packaging framework to Harlequin Trade AB, Remeda, San Sac, Plastsystem H. Helmetschläger and Procurator, with a planned start of November 2022.

Valmet will supply a long-term Performance Agreement and a rebuild of board machine BM 1 at Metsä Board's Husum mill in Sweden. The work aims to raise annual folding boxboard capacity by 200,000 tonnes to 600,000 tonnes, with start-up planned for fall 2023. The order value was not disclosed.

Metsä Board awarded Core Link AB a combined contract for new core and reel handling systems at its Husum mill to support a production increase of BM1 from 400,000 to 600,000 tonnes per year. Machine installations are scheduled from Q4 2022 through the end of 2023.

Sweco was contracted by Metsä Board to design the new building structure needed for the Husum capacity expansion, under a contract running until December 2023 worth SEK 21.5 million.

Västra Götalandsregionen awarded Atlas Copco Compressor Aktiebolag a contract for service of compressors and ancillary equipment, valued at 2,205,800 SEK. Two bids were received.

Concentric AB received a development contract from an unnamed global truck and bus OEM to supply electric coolant pumps for a fuel cell electric vehicle bus application.

Falu Energi och Vatten AB awarded San Sac AB a contract to supply paper bags for food waste, valued at 8,867,490 SEK, with three bids received.

Renewcell signed an agreement for Valmet to supply main equipment for its planned 60,000-tonne-per-year textile recycling plant at Ortviken industrial area in Sundsvall, Sweden. The order value is about EUR 25 million, with production planned from the first half of 2022.

Tranås municipality awarded TechPack in Scandinavia AB a contract for plastic food packaging worth 800,000 SEK, running to roughly December 2022 to February 2025, out of two bids.

Valmet will supply a Valmet IQ Web Inspection System to Stora Enso's coating and laminating plant in Forshaga, Sweden, for an extrusion coating line producing a barrier paperboard. The order was included in Valmet's third-quarter 2020 orders.

Sweden's Försvarsmakten awarded CLIP-LOK SIMPAK (Scandinavia) ApS a SEK 15,000,000 contract to supply packaging material, published 2020-11-02 via open procurement.
