GF wins order for SSAB green steel plant water intake and pipeline in Luleå
GF's Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions division will deliver a turnkey marine intake and onshore pipeline system using its Weholite solution for SSAB's new electrified steel mill in Luleå, Sweden. The order, awarded by contractor NYAB, runs from Q2 2026 to Q4 2027.

Georg Fischer wins order for cooling water pipeline system at SSAB's Lulea green steel plant
GF will deliver a turnkey marine intake and onshore pipeline system based on its Weholite solution for SSAB's new electrified green steel mill in Lulea, Sweden, with pipelines of DN 800 to DN 1600 mm totalling about 12 km. The project is scheduled to run from Q2 2026 to Q4 2027.
