Rockwell Medical has agreed to acquire Vantive's hemodialysis concentrates, machines, water treatment systems, and related business, including a 1 million sq ft manufacturing campus in Medolla, Italy. The combined business is projected to generate annual revenue between $400 million and $450 million. The acquisition is expected to close mid-2027.

HMC Premedical SPA has acquired 100% of Dimar SPA, a maker of non-invasive respiratory ventilation medical devices, in Mirandola, Italy. Dimar's founder Maurizio Borsari becomes a direct shareholder of HMC Premedical.

OMRON Healthcare Europe announced the acquisition of privately held 3A Health Care s.r.l., an Italian maker of aerosol therapy devices and surgical aspirators, under an agreement signed June 29, 2018. No deal value was disclosed.
