HMC Premedical acquires 100% of medical device maker DIMAR
HMC Premedical SPA has acquired 100% of Dimar SPA, a maker of non-invasive respiratory ventilation medical devices, in Mirandola, Italy. Dimar's founder Maurizio Borsari becomes a direct shareholder of HMC Premedical.
