Vantive

Vantive has entered into a definitive agreement to divest the majority of its hemodialysis assets and associated operations to Rockwell Medical. The transaction includes hemodialysis concentrates, HD monitors, water treatment systems, and related consumables and technical services.

Rockwell Medical has agreed to acquire Vantive's hemodialysis concentrates, machines, water treatment systems, and related business, including a 1 million sq ft manufacturing campus in Medolla, Italy. The combined business is projected to generate annual revenue between $400 million and $450 million. The acquisition is expected to close mid-2027.
