Omron Healthcare acquires Italy's 3A Health Care to expand respiratory devices
OMRON Healthcare Europe announced the acquisition of privately held 3A Health Care s.r.l., an Italian maker of aerosol therapy devices and surgical aspirators, under an agreement signed June 29, 2018. No deal value was disclosed.
