French industrial valve specialist Meca-Inox has acquired Spanish manufacturer BAC Valves, adding ball and butterfly valves for chemical, petrochemical and gas industries, and BAC's manufacturing presence in Dalian, China. Both brands will be kept.

Thermador Groupe acquired 100% of Quilinox, a distributor of stainless-steel pumps, valves and flowmeters based in Paterna, Valencia, Spain, on 30 September 2025. The deal was valued at EUR 10.9 million and paid in cash.

ESPA Group, based in Banyoles, Spain, bought pump and pressure-set distributor Baico Pumps SL to expand its international reach and product range. Baico had annual sales of about EUR 4 million and exports to 18 countries.

Pedrollo Group announced it acquired a majority stake in Saci Pumps (Bombas Saci S.A.), a Barcelona-area maker of swimming pool pumps, to expand its pool pump range and Iberian presence. Saci Pumps is projected to have about EUR 27 million revenue in 2022; the deal value was not stated.

Litens acquired a controlling interest in Industrias Dolz S.A., a Spanish maker of automotive water pumps with plants in Spain, China and Argentina. Dolz will keep operating as a separate business under CEO Jesus Dolz.

Interpump Group acquired 100 percent of Inoxpa Group, a Spanish maker of process equipment and flow-handling systems for food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, for EUR 90 million. Inoxpa had fiscal 2016 sales of nearly EUR 60 million.
