Lagercrantz Group acquired 95% of the shares in Hycon A/S, a manufacturer of hydraulic tools and pumps in Northern Jutland, Denmark, on 29 April 2026. Hycon will join Lagercrantz's Control division and CEO Martin Møller keeps 5%.

Danish compressed air firm Jysk Trykluft ApS has acquired ALT Trykluft ApS, a compressed air business in southern Denmark. Carsten Zachariassen stays on as managing director.

Pentair plc completed the acquisition of Union Engineering A/S, headquartered in Fredericia, Denmark, which specializes in carbon dioxide capture, recovery and purification technologies. The seller is the Danish private equity fund Capidea and minority shareholders. The announcement was made on January 31, 2017.
