Altor Fund IV to acquire Tresu Group from Erhvervsinvest
Nordic private equity fund Altor Fund IV agreed to acquire Tresu Group, a Danish maker of flexographic inline printing machines, from majority owner Erhvervsinvest II. The sale and purchase agreement was signed on May 11, 2017.
