Eneos Holdings completed its acquisition of TPC Holdings, parent of US-based C4 chemicals processor TPC Group. The acquisition cost is estimated at $758 million. TPC is now a consolidated subsidiary of Eneos, giving the group the world's third-largest butadiene manufacturing capacity.
