Sino-Semiconductor orders AIXTRON MOCVD system for VCSEL production

Sino-Semiconductor Integrated Optoelectronics Cooperation ordered an AIX 2800G4-TM MOCVD system from AIXTRON for the production of laser diodes. The system will be shipped in Q4/2018.
