Italian food packaging firm Scatolificio del Garda, controlled by Fondo Italiano d'Investimento since 2025, acquired a majority stake in Spanish company Graphi Red. The deal was announced on 7 September 2026.
Fondo Italiano d'Investimento SGR acquired a majority stake in Italian paper-based packaging maker Scatolificio del Garda, via its Agri&Food fund, to support international and product expansion. Completion is expected by April 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.
