Komarkcorp Bhd proposes a private placement to raise RM23.07 million, with RM22.24 million allocated to expand its face mask manufacturing business. It currently operates 6 three-ply and 1 KN95 mask production lines, and plans to add 19 three-ply and 4 KN95 lines by Q2 2026, then further expand to 100 three-ply and 15 KN95 lines over 18 months, reaching annual capacity of 1.8 billion three-ply and 180 million KN95 masks. It also intends to acquire a new 80,000 sq ft factory for RM20 million.
