Tomypak Holdings Bhd proposed to acquire a 100% stake in Johor-based packaging manufacturer EB Packaging Sdn Bhd for RM120 million to bolster its packaging manufacturing capacity after a fire incident at its Senai plant.
Tomypak Holdings Bhd, via its subsidiary Tomypak Flexible Packaging, proposed to acquire a 70% equity interest in flexible plastic packaging firm EB Packaging Sdn Bhd for RM73.5 million, with completion expected in Q4 2023.
