Bliston Packaging, backed by NewPort Capital, acquired packaging peer Meulendijks Packaging, a plastic packaging maker for the catering and food industry. Both companies will continue operating under their own names.
New Packaging Group, backed by NewPort Capital, announced the acquisition of Novapac B.V., a thermoformed plastic packaging maker, with Novapac continuing under its own name. The announcement was dated 19 July 2022.
