New Packaging Group acquires Novapac, Dutch plastic packaging maker
New Packaging Group, backed by NewPort Capital, announced the acquisition of Novapac B.V., a thermoformed plastic packaging maker, with Novapac continuing under its own name. The announcement was dated 19 July 2022.
