Auroora Group Plc signed an agreement to acquire the Labko business from Wavin Finland Oy, part of the Orbia Group. Labko is a provider of separator systems and wastewater solutions in Finland, generating approximately EUR 10.5 million in revenue and employing 40 people.

Finnish industrial owner Auroora Yhtiöt has agreed to acquire Labko, a provider of separation systems and wastewater treatment solutions, from Orbia Group's Wavin Finland. The business generates approximately EUR 10.5 million in annual revenue and will continue to operate independently with production in Kangasala and Joutsa, Finland.
