Auroora Yhtiöt Oyj has signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of WestimQpower Oy, a Finnish provider of energy infrastructure solutions. The seller is the company's founder and CEO, who will continue in her role.

Auroora Yhtiöt Oyj signed an agreement on March 20, 2025 to acquire 100% of BTB Transformers Ab, a transformer solutions company. The sellers are key personnel and investor shareholders, who will reinvest in Auroora.

Vestelli Oy, part of Operon Group, has acquired all shares of Avalon Nordic Oy. The acquisition strengthens Operon Group's water treatment solutions for sparsely populated areas in Finland.
