Trebor Developments reached practical completion on Crown Packaging's £150 million, 632,000 sq ft beverage can plant at the former Mars Petcare site in Woodston, Peterborough, which will employ at least 280 people. Crown started production at the site as construction finished.

Trebor Developments completed the pre-sale of a 625,000 sq ft freehold turnkey site at Delta Park, Peterborough to Crown Holdings for a build-to-suit aluminium beverage can plant, with total capital value over £150 million. Main contractor ISG began work in June 2022 with completion expected in summer 2023.
