Trebor Developments completed the pre-sale of a 625,000 sq ft freehold turnkey site at Delta Park, Peterborough to Crown Holdings for a build-to-suit aluminium beverage can plant, with total capital value over £150 million. Main contractor ISG began work in June 2022 with completion expected in summer 2023.

Georgia-based Pratt Industries leased 1 million square feet in Hillwood's High Point 67 business park in Cedar Hill, Texas, for a new plant and shipping center. The company plans to create 150 jobs and invest more than $200 million.
