Vital Electronics

RRP Electronics has signed an MoU and term sheet for the strategic acquisition of Vital Electronics, an EMS company. The acquisition aims to expand RRP's manufacturing footprint from semiconductor packaging to complete electronic system manufacturing, with 50% ownership targeted by March 2027 and full acquisition by March 2028.
