TRUMPF completed the acquisition of the business of Cutlite Penta S.p.A. from its parent company El.En. S.p.A. Cutlite becomes part of the TRUMPF Group and will continue as a separate brand.

TRUMPF is acquiring the business of Cutlite Penta S.p.A. from its parent company El.En. S.p.A. Cutlite will remain an independent brand with its own manufacturing, sales and service facilities, continuing to develop custom large-format cutting systems.
