TRUMPF Inc. expanded its training center in Farmington, Connecticut by 18,000 square feet to a total of 40,000 square feet, with an investment exceeding USD 3 million. The center now offers classroom and hands-on instruction for precision sheet metal fabrication customers and employees.

Jinfangyuan, a joint venture of Trumpf and Jiangsu Jinfangyuan CNC Machine Tool, opened the first phase of its Nanyuan project in Yangzhou, China. The EUR 100 million facility will produce over 500 laser cutting machines annually.

Trumpf announced an €8 million investment in Trumpf China in Taicang, where construction crews broke ground in April for a multipurpose facility for a workforce of 590.

Trumpf opened a new €12 million production facility for its subsidiary JFY in Yangzhou, China. The facility is the largest production site in the Trumpf Group, covering 19,000 m².
