Fidelix

Fidelix Co., Ltd. announced a memory semiconductor supply contract worth 6.02055 billion won with U.S.-based Semtech Corporation. The contract period runs from September 10, 2026 to March 1, 2027.

Fidelix, a fabless semiconductor company, signed a non-cancellable purchase order on 3 August 2026 to supply memory semiconductors to Samsung Electronics. The contract is valued at approximately KRW 11.43 billion (about 21.3% of Fidelix's 2025 revenue), with delivery scheduled from 1 April 2027 to 31 December 2028.
