Kinshofer Group has acquired 100% of Mozelt GmbH, a specialist in generators and magnet systems for scrap metal handling and demolition. The acquisition strengthens Kinshofer's portfolio of material handling attachments and distribution channels.

Kinshofer Gruppe has acquired 100% of Mozelt GmbH, a Duisburg-based manufacturer of generators and magnet systems for scrap handling and demolition. The acquisition agreement was signed on July 31, 2026.

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Mozelt, a German designer and manufacturer of generators and load lifting magnet systems based in Duisburg. Mozelt reported net sales of approximately EUR 2.6 million in 2025 and has ten employees.
