KINSHOFER, a manufacturer of excavator and loader crane attachments, acquired Hammer SRL, an Italy-based manufacturer of demolition, excavation, recycling and material handling attachments, gaining a hydraulic breaker line.

Kinshofer has acquired Hammer SRL, an Italian manufacturer of hydraulic breakers and attachments for excavators and other equipment. Hammer generates about EUR 20 million in annual revenue and employs over 100 people.

Kinshofer acquired the Schaeff Transverse Cutter business from Atlas GmbH. The product line will be launched globally as the WS-Series Drum Cutters.

Kinshofer GmbH (Germany) and New Zealand-based Doherty Group have signed an agreement to merge, with Kinshofer acquiring Doherty.

Kinshofer GmbH acquired more than 96% of the LLC Units of Solesbee's Equipment and Attachments, LLC. The acquisition adds new product segments like excavator thumbs and mechanical pulverizers, and improves Kinshofer's distribution in the United States.
