Grupo Norclamp

Grupo Redondo has agreed to buy 51% of Grupo Norclamp, a high-precision machining company serving machine-tool, special machinery, lifting, energy, security and defence sectors. The deal adds 7,500 sqm of production space and over 60 machines across four plants in Spain.
