Shenzhen Kaifa Technology's subsidiaries, Shenzhen Payton Technology and Hefei Payton Storage Technology, plan to invest 14.7 billion yuan to expand high-end memory chip packaging and testing capacity. The project will add significant monthly capacity at both sites.
