Gorman-Rupp to acquire Fill-Rite pump and meter business from Tuthill for $525M
Gorman-Rupp agreed to acquire the assets of Fill-Rite and Sotera, a division of Tuthill Corporation, for $525 million, or about $445 million net of expected tax benefits. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2022.
