John Brooks expanded its distribution territory for Gorman-Rupp pumps across Quebec, effective August 2026, for municipal water and wastewater customers.
Gorman-Rupp agreed to acquire the assets of Fill-Rite and Sotera, a division of Tuthill Corporation, for $525 million, or about $445 million net of expected tax benefits. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2022.
