Westlake Vinnolit

Westlake Vinnolit, a US group, has completed the acquisition of Vynova's PVC plant in Germany.

Westlake Vinnolit, a German subsidiary of Westlake, signed a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire the PVC production site of Vynova Wilhelmshaven, including approximately 350 employees, subject to regulatory approvals and insolvency proceedings.
