Nemetschek Group

Nemetschek Group agreed to acquire HCSS, a heavy civil construction software company, from Thoma Bravo. Nemetschek will hold approximately 72% of the shares and Thoma Bravo will hold approximately 28% as a minority shareholder. Financial terms were not disclosed.
