Techsend Photomask Co., Ltd. signed a 250 billion won investment agreement with Icheon City to expand its third factory in Sindun-myeon, Icheon. Construction is expected to be completed by 2027, with mass production of advanced photomasks for 14nm and below semiconductors by 2028.
