SRTX Inc. agreed to sell the core assets of its Sheertex brand to A.Y.K. International Inc., a Quebec-based hosiery manufacturer. The deal is being pursued under court-supervised insolvency protections. The value was not disclosed, and fewer than 10 employees will transfer.
